Celia’s has been producing gourmet balsamic vinegars and extra virgin olive oils for over 25 years. Our barrel aged Italian balsamic vinegars are all aged to the Italian standard of at least 12 years or longer. Our flavors are infused with only all-natural ingredients.
Each gourmet flavor is handcrafted in small batches from original recipes in our Bend Oregon kitchen. With only 100% pure natural ingredients used in each recipe, we can assure our customers that each flavor profile is bold, intense and multilayered. There are no added sugars, salts, colors, thickeners or chemicals. All recipes are gluten-free!
What makes Celia’s Balsamic Vinegar Authentic?
To be an authentic, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, the vinegar must be produced in Modena Italy or the greater Emilia region, be made from grapes grown in the local regions and be aged, at a minimum, for 12 years. Our supplier began in 1889 working with centuries-old recipes and continues under the watchful eye of their 3rd generation. Unlike commercial products that use cooking and additional ingredients to artificially “age” and thicken their vinegar, our product is totally barrel-aged, producing pure, natural artisan quality Balsamic.
