Our gourmet flavor infused Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegars are made through a proprietary process of blending all natural, organic flavors with authentic Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegar aged to the Italian standard of at least 12 years. Unlike many typical store bought brands our flavor infused Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegars use pure 100% all natural, organic flavoring rather than artificial flavors. The flavor-infusion process results in a spot-on flavor profile which will enhance any dish. Even more important all of our flavor-infused Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegars contain authentic Italian 12 year-aged balsamic devoid of thickening agents such as molasses or corn syrup. Our balsamics are extremely low on the glycemic index. Sugar content comes directly from the grapes and with exception to our Vermont Maple and Serrano Honey are 3g/TBS which are ~9g/TBS. Our flavor-infused Barrel Aged Italian Balsamic Vinegars are perfect when combined with any of our flavor-fused or flavor-infused olive oils in addition to our fresh, pure Ultra-Premium Extra-Virgin Olive Oils. Special note when using balsamics:
We bottle all products in-store and use corks to seal off the bottles. By nature, balsamics contain small amounts of sugar from the grapes and therefore may become sticky. Cork maintenance is especially important to prevent sticking or breaking.
Please follow a few simple tips when reseating the cork after use:
Rinse cork off with warm water and wipe dry between uses.
Do not push cork all the way back into the bottle.
Wiggle cork back and forth to remove from bottle.
Use a cork alternative such as a pouring spout. Don’t panic if the cork becomes stuck, just use a corkscrew to remove as you would with a wine cork.
